SARI Global is expanding its operational and technical capacity in Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSE) risk management.

As part of this expansion, SARI Global is establishing a remote roster of HSE and Operational Safety Specialists to support assessments, audits, advisory services, and embedded engagements for public, private, humanitarian, and diplomatic entities operating in complex environments.

The objective of this roster is to identify professionals with relevant practical experience in HSE and operational safety systems who can be mobilized for remote, fixed-period, or embedded assignments, depending on operational and client requirements.

Applicants may specialize in one or more of the following areas:

• Workplace hazard identification and mitigation
• Occupational safety procedures and compliance
   

• Fire risk assessments
• Evacuation planning and emergency preparedness
• Fire detection and suppression systems
   

• CCTV systems and monitoring logic
• Access control and perimeter security
• Site security coordination
   

• Fleet safety assessments
• Driver behavior and journey management
   

• Hotels, restaurants, commercial buildings, and public venues
• Staff and visitor safety systems
   

Roster members may be engaged for:

• Baseline HSE and safety assessments
• Compliance and gap analysis
• Risk registers and mitigation planning
• SOP and protocol development
• Embedded advisory or operational support roles
• Incident review and preventive recommendations
   

Assignments may be conducted remotely and, where required, in-person or embedded, subject to operational needs.

• Demonstrated professional experience in HSE, safety management, or related operational safety roles
• Practical exposure to safety systems (fire safety, CCTV, access control, occupational safety)
• Ability to operate in complex, real-world environments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience supporting remote or distributed operations
• Relevant professional certifications
   

• Roster-based, non-exclusive engagement
• Contracting for defined periods or specific assignments
• No guarantee of minimum workload
• Project-based or time-bound remuneration
   

Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a technical assessment as part of the selection process.

The assessment will be scenario-based and designed to assess applied judgment, systems thinking, and operational awareness.

All submissions and assessment materials will be treated as confidential.

Any methodologies, tools, or systems developed under SARI Global engagements remain the intellectual property of SARI Global unless otherwise agreed in writing.
